Bag and tag time?

Shortly before 9:30 AM this morning a Quincy police officer happened up three unresponsive individuals in an apartment on Sea Street between the Hofbrau Bar and Grill and the City of Quincy public library branch at Palmer Street per a Quincy Quarry News’ Citizen Police Scanner Monitor.

While nothing specific was heard, given no word heard of ambulances called to the scene or Narcan administered, the worst can only reasonably be assumed given apparently no indications of shots fired or knives used on those found unresponsive.
