Crime in Quincy happens, even on what should have been a quiet Sunday evening as well as especially so after the Patriots finally won a game.
Last night around 7 pm, however, word was heard over the police radio channel by the Quincy Quarry Citizen Police Scanner Monitor that a said to be Black male passenger was beating on an MBTA bus driver.
In turn, MBTA Police responded to the scene somewhere not heard on Hancock Street.
Also not heard was word if the allegedly violent passenger was arrested and then locked up until arraignment in Quincy District Court.
Further unknown is the condition of the bus driver.
In any event, this is the second known instance of violence in Quincy involving an MBTA bus over the past two weeks.
