— News about Quincy Massachusetts from Quincy Quarry News
While out and about this afternoon, Quincy Quarry News Mobile Two happened upon someone on the tarmac at the East Squantum Street entrance to Marina Bay as well as who clearly appeared to have been whacked by a motor vehicle while likely not himself in another vehicle.
In turn, this incident would thus appear to be at least the third motor vehicle whacking of someone not in or on another motor vehicle in Quincy this week.
Further troubling, this incident looks to be at least the fifth time that this sort of whacking has happened in the Q this month.
In any event, the ambulance, fire department, and police first responders who responded to the scene were found to be expertly doing their respective things to see the injured party, a likely senior citizen male, fitted with a neck brace and then loaded onto a gurney for subsequent transportation to a hospital for more comprehensive evaluation and care.
Unfortunately, Quincy Quarry News’ Citizen Police Scanner Monitor was out on a late lunch break and thus no scanner chatter particulars about this incident were gathered.
Even so, it clearly as well as fortunately for a change appeared that the injured party was not seriously injured.
Regardless, Quincy Quarry’s ever-growing legions of loyal readers can count on the Quarry to continue to follow this story and then report back as might be appropriate.

Et tu Mike …
Regardless, do note that there are reasons why Quincy Quarry News Mobile Two is number two as well as that the Quincy Quarry rewrite desk has duly followed up post publication per QQ SOP.
The person who writes these articles may be neurodivergent or may not be a native speaker of English. The reporting would certainly benefit from a second editor, but we must be accepting and grateful that there is someone out there trying to give us news about where we live.
CJ,
The tension between alacrity and editing is a constant struggle; accordingly, Quarry personnel endeavor to review Quarry stories post publication when time permits and effect tweaks as might be appropriate.
