Building whackings happen .,..

Shortly before 9 AM this morning a daycare near the intersection of Adams Street and Burgin Parkway on the other side of the MBTA tracks from the Adams Peaceful National Park was according to a local television station’s news unit as well as per the station’s broadcast coverage, a mother who mistook the gas pedal for the brake pedal caused the whacking.

Fortunately, no one was injured and the damage to the building was modest as well as did not entail any structural damage with needed repairs already underway.

Even more fortunate, daycare client mothers did not go nuclear.

At the same time, it is surely only a matter of time before there are call install protective bollards or at least curbing to protect the building.
