Think your Monday was bad?

Quincy Police surely topped it by the end of lunch time today.

First up, there was police radio chatter about a black male wearing a coat and said to be packing a large rifle somewhere along Hancock Street.  Where along Hancock Street was not heard by Quincy Quarry’s Citizen Police Scanner Monitor.

Also while no idea what sort of rifle, word of a large rifle would suggest that it was not an assault rifle as assault rifles are surprisingly compact.

Next up, a black female driver almost clocked a cop who had to hit the dirt so as to duck ending up struck by her ride.

Not clear to the Quarry’s police scanner monitor if the officer was able to make the plate in a situation that might well be tailor made for a cop cam to capture an image of the license plate.

In any event, a BOLO (“Be on the lookout”) alert on this dangerous female driver was issued for both Quincy and Braintree officers.
