– News about Quincy Massachusetts from Quincy Quarry News
After a quiet October in the wake of three local stabbings during September, November is ending the month with yet another local stabbing.
Per a Quincy Quarry News Citizen Police Radio Monitor, Quincy police radio chatter indicated that a stabbing occurred late Saturday night appears to be tied to an earlier dispute at arguably the largest restaurant in North Quincy, if not also the largest restaurant in all of Quincy.
While particulars are few as well as that the ways things apparently played out was atypical, a dispute inside the restaurant apparently then moved outside to its parking lot and then keep moving.
As near as could be gathered from radio messages, the victim may have then been stabbed while on the way to catch a ride on a Red Line train at the nearby North Quincy MBTA Station and so be able to flee.
Things then became even more confusing.
In no particular order, Quincy police apparently called for a train stop at one point assuming that the stabbing occurred on a train, a female Quincy police officer working a police detail at the restaurant radioed in that the be on the look out radio message description of the perp sounded just like the person she had just dealt with at the restaurant, a female who was with the stabbing victim called 911 but was less than helpful at providing useful information as she is not a local, and Quincy police dispatch had trouble contacting Boston and Transit Police to coordinate a joint response.
Fortunately, at some point, a train car number was obtained.
In turn, the Quincy Police Department was thus able to see officers dispatched to Boston’s Downtown Crossing Red Line station to find the victim and then see him transported to the hospital.
So far, however, the Quarry is not aware of any statements as to the victim’s condition.
Additionally, it appears that the alleged perpetrator is still at large.
Needless to say, Quincy Quarry News’ ever-growing legions of loyal readers can count on the Quarry to monitor things and report more as might be appropriate.

Cathay Pacific needs to stop overserving Boston gang bangers.
The mayor will have a number 19 and a pu-pu platter for four, with no skin on the chicken fingers. To go!
Should open a bar/ grill dine and dance right across the bridge. It will calm everyone down and keep bad kids out of Quincy. Let everyone figure it out in between. Nice condos over the marsh.
