Southwest Airlines dragged on Twitter for giving ukuleles to passengers on a flight to Hawai’i

Southwest Airline’s marketing department suits apparently thought it was a good idea at the time when it opted to hand out ukuleles to everyone on one of its flights to Hawai’i.

Instead, Twitter and other media dragged Southwest over the cacophony of newbies strumming their new four strings.

Apparently, Southwest did not cue up any instructional videos on its in-flight video programming roster.

That or provide ear plugs to those who wanted to them.

Regardless, at the end of the day there is no such thing as bad press. 

After all, how else can one explain Quincy Mayor Thomas P. Koch’s long over extended tenure in office?
