Breaking badly bad news© slam both the MBTA and the Commuter Rail given yet another deadly turn.
While the alleged homicide occurred while the alleged shooter was not at work as well as appears to have been the result of a domestic dispute gone horribly bad, circumstantial facts remain that the alleged shooter has long worked as a Commuter Rail conductor as well as that he is a son of the Chief of the MBTA Transit Police Department.
Accordingly, the Commuter Rail has placed the alleged murderer on an unpaid suspension.

That and concurrently the MBTA Transit Police issued a brief statement that the tragic incident was not a Transit Police matter.
In any event, .the alleged murderer was arrested yesterday without incident and is expected to be arraigned in Malden District Court today.
