Quincy Massachusetts streets still laden with potholes
– News about Quincy Massachusetts from Quincy Quarry News
The much trumped-up City of Quincy pothole repair peeps notwithstanding, Quincy streets still have potholes, including along two of Quincy’s busiest thoroughfares.
For example, while out and about the mean streets of Quincy looking for news yesterday, Quincy Quarry personnel just barely missed hitting potholes on Newport Avenue in North Quincy.
Additionally photographed by Quincy Quarry is a deep pothole on Granite Street near the Quincy Center Burger King.
So much, apparently, for drivers having it their way as regards seeing Quincy’s potholes patched.
At the same time, the Quarry must concurrently note that a pothole previously covered in a Quincy Quarry News pothole exposé has been patched.
Accordingly, as a public service, Quincy Quarry is hoping that its exposing the potholes featured in this Quarry story will be seen by Koch Machine’s designated Quincy Quarry News monitors and so result in the potholes then ordered to be filled as soon as possible.
After all, Quincy Quarry has long seen its featurings of maintenance shortcomings addressed shortly thereafter.
That and given reviews of Quincy Quarry News’ Google metrics and such.

Nana,
Such is far from the first time a shortcoming in the care of city infrastructure has been quickly fixed after it was pointed out in Quincy Quarry.
This is not coincidental. Quincy Quarry’s Google Analytics’ desk has long known that Kochsters are among its most active as well as closest readers.
Quincy Shore Drive coming over the bridge from Boston is a mess. The pavement is full of potholes and other problems. One particular spot keeps sinking and so causing a huge dip in the road, directly across from North Street. Please, please fix QSD!
QSD is the the responsibility of the State DCR.
