Snowfall forecast tomorrow into Thursday.

In the wake of above-average snowfall this winter and thus many a snow job and snow pile in Quincy, March is also blowing.

How so?

Tomorrow into Thursday, a coating to a couple of inches of wet and heavy snow is expected to fall in the metro Boston area.

So much for putting away snow shovels until next year as well as schelping snow blowers to the shop for “summerizing” …

While it is unclear how snow may fall in Quincy given much of its proximity to the harbor as well as the path of the inbound snowstorm, what is all but a given is that the City of Quincy’s response to whatever does happen will likely miss the mark.

Accordingly, count on Quincy Quarry to monitor the storm and then report as might be appropriate as to how far the mark is missed.
