Alternatively, if one wants to jam someone who is in a slammer, sending along fingerprints-free pornography – especially gay porn – in a plain brown wrapper, a dime bag or even just some smokes will make the recipient’s time in stir even more difficult.

I agree the loss of such an enormous amount of money should have been made public. Did Channel 5 breaking the story compromise the investigation into the theft? This cover-up is BS.
