Insomnia led to Quarry Quincy seeing that at roughly 2:30 AM one of Quincy’s main thoroughfares was not only covered with snow, there were also no obvious signs of any snow plowing.

Even more discerning, there were flashing emergency response vehicle lights flashing near Rags, a Quincy Point watering hole said to be favored by certain sorts of not white-collar city employees and some private sector blue-collar types.

At the same time, as the local official closing time is 1 AM, one can thus assume that the emergency response probably had nothing to do with any Rags patrons partaking in one last call before the storm hit the fan.

No clue, however, what might be the case at the Presidential Pub in Quincy Center.
