Courtesy of a Quincy Quarry Twitter feed follower comes a drive-by shooting of an apparent wind-tipped portapotty at the FoxRock’s outsized apartment complex underconstruction complex at the site of the former Quincy Medical Center.

The mayor has let developers ruin our city.
Having a hospital in the city saved lives! It is deplorable that we lost our hospital to developers. It seems that the city only tries to make things look nice instead of improving our quality of life.
