First up in what is going to be yet another hard-hitting series of exposés to the soft underbelly of the Koch Maladministration is how Mayor Koch has doubled down on the grandstand capacity for the dedication of the bridge on September 11 by bringing in even more grandstand capacity.

That and so what about how the ongoing spiking of the COVID-19 Delta variant infections should behoove going with a smaller as well as socially distant event even if it is being held outdoors and as Mayor Koch did for his lightly attended annual State of the City address last March.

instead, however, it would appear that the Koch Machine has issued a mandatory attendance invitation to all of the koched-up hires dining at the trough that is the payroll of the City of Quincy.

In turn, will Quincy thus again become a COVID-19 Red Zone hotspot in the coming weeks?
