Quincy Center Kim Jong Koch Plaza Lawn Job – Part Two
As if there is any doubt that the Koch Maladministration follows Quincy Quarry, this week any such sentiments have been at least kneecapped.
Earlier this week, Quincy Quarry featured an exposé of Kim Jong Koch Plaza’s Snow Team Six personnel both replacing but a few square feet of sod and then cordoning it off for protection from pedestrians who opt to do what the Koch Maladministration is known for doing, if not also pathologically doing so: cutting corners.
In any event, as well as also in typically Koch Machine fashion, shortly after Quincy Quarry captured an image of this over the top care that even Felix Unger would find a bit much and thus published same, the barricades were taken down and so remove the focus away from the view of this over the top care from Mayor Koch’s office window view of the $35 million Kim Jong Koch Plaza, formerly known as the Hancock/Adams Green.
Then again, it’s only taxpayers’ money.
I don’t understand why we need it or how we can afford it.
Is this only the first time the sod has been replaced in that spot. As is graphically clear this is an obvious landscape design flaw. It would be a simple thing to pour a concrete slab or even install a small section of attractive fence. Or a shrub. Or some flowers. Perhaps these ideas are beyond the mental scope of the regime.
Not sure. Would need to check the QQ photo files but there have definitely been a number of mini patch jobs elsewhere given similar sorts of shortcomings.
