While Quincy Quarry is continuing with its plans to feature exposés for the summer reading enjoyment of its ever-growing legions of loyal readers even if the underlying matters ultimately come at their expense if they are local taxpayers, the Quarry shifted its focus a bit this week by running a feature on how to combat smartphone hackers and so relented, however briefly, on whacking on local hack hires and empty suits.

Granted, while the latter is more fun, Quincy Quarry News does try to run the occasional public service announcement as opposed to just exposing local public servants.
