Quincy Finally Reaches COVID-19 Green Zone Risk Status.
After who only knows how many months in the Red and Yellow COVID-19 risk status, Quincy finally this week eked into Green Zone status per the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.
In turn, as well as needless to say, an at best looking to be waxen Quincy Mayor Thomas P. Koch waxed on and on and on some more about Quincy finally achieving Green Zone risk status.
Unmentioned, however, is how Quincy’s current testing positive percent is roughly 15% higher than the statewide average.
Even so, Mayor Koch is going forward with both public graduation events for local high school graduates as well as resuming the annual Flag Day parade after it was postponed last year given the COVID-19 pandemic and so not bothering with opting for an abundance of caution.
Then again, those in the know know that Mayor Koch loves lead the parade.
