Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker: Massachusetts vaccine rollout “lumpy and bumpy” … but “it’s moving forward.”
In a Wednesday broadcast video briefing, Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker acknowledged that while plans for rolling out COVID-19 vaccines in the Commonwealth were experiencing hiccups and such, things were moving forward and the problems were being addressed as expeditiously as possible.
Even so, in an all but assuredly unprecedented display of emotion, Governor Baker then pounded the podium to express his frustration over the soon to be ending 2020 calendar year.
At the same time, the typically implacable Baker’s display of frustration was ironically both quick as well as leaden at the same time.
Then again, given his typically unflappable demeanor, such was only to be expected given his apparently all but abject lack of experience with public displays of emotion.
