The United States Justice Department to yet again monitor Quincy elections.

As should come as no great surprise to Quincy Quarry’s ever-growing legions of loyal readers, federal election monitors are back to monitor local elections for the third time in a handful of years.

Without going into particulars, such monitoring is typically undertaken to see if minorities are ill-treated at the polls.

Additionally, given that this third visit by the feds to the Q, one can only assume the obvious as to why the feds are back yet again.
