Quincy City Hall COVID-19 pandemic protection efforts.
While Quincy continues to be a hotter spot of COVID fatalities than the average rate per 100,000 statewide in the recently federally designated hot spot that is the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, it is still only proper to note that the Koch Maladministration has undertaken putative protection measures.
In particular, readily obvious protective efforts underway in and around City Hall.
That and other not obvious efforts touted by the maladministration so as to help engender an upbeat photo op.
In this instance, sanitizing the inside of all manner of City of Quincy buildings long closed to the public
So what, apparently, for the fact that many of these buildings are likely to be closed off to most anyone for far longer then even the most posterior covering projections as to how long the COVID virus can survive on its own without inflecting a host organism.
Accordingly, as essentially all city buildings are closed to the public, Quincy Quarry investigatory personnel were left to monitor what could be readily monitored.
As luck would have it, City Hall was targeted as it appears to still be in use by a skeleton crew of city employees, including Mayor Koch for videoing his several times a week but modestly watched City of Quincy COVID-19 YouTube puff pieces.
Even better, Quincy’s two City Hall buildings were easily monitored, not to mention receiving the most readily obvious anti-COVID-19 activities.
In particular, Quincy Quarry News personnel spotted a near new bubble cab-equipped maintenance vehicle parked immediately adjacent to Old City.
That and other maintenance equipment nearby that Quarry personnel have never observed at any other City of Quincy venues.

Not only did the bubble vehicle have a protective bubble for its operator, it was equipped with all but impossible to find for sale anywhere at local retail stores nor available online at prices anywhere near the suggested retail price for Clorox® Sanitizing Wipes.
Further, Quarry personnel found what appeared to be a yard vacuum nearby on Kim Jong Koch Plaza..
Unfortunately, it was not possible to find out if the suspected yard vac is equipped with a HEPA filter.

After all, not only is City Hall is closed to the public, what are the odds that anyone still working inside of City Hall following up on a voice mail message left by a Quincy Quarry News reporter?.
Even so, Quincy Quarry’s ever growing legions of loyal readers can count on the Quarry to continue to work this story harder than a hungry dog chewing on a still meat-laden bone.
