While wingnut conspiracy theorists and moonbat finger pointers will likely not buy much – if any – of it, a reputable international news wire service has just published what Quincy Quarry views to be a perfectly viable recounting of how the COVID-19 pandemic got off to a bad start and could thus only become tragically much worse thereafter.
