China did not warn the public of a likely pandemic for six key days.

While wingnut conspiracy theorists and moonbat finger pointers will likely not buy much – if any – of it, a reputable international news wire service has just published what Quincy Quarry views to be a perfectly viable recounting of how the COVID-19 pandemic got off to a bad start and could thus only become tragically much worse thereafter. 

Simple but wrong, complex but wrong

Among other reasons for the Quarry’s positions, its disaster review desk as well as its dysfunctional organization analyst view the recounting to be perfectly consistent with how things can as well as all too often go bump in the night.

Put another way, there is plenty of blame to spread around.
