While the sordid particulars are addressed elsewhere as well as repeatedly, not to mention are also long ongoing, it must be noted that the underlying grifts in this latest instance of koching the system and who all are assumed to be party to them look to have set a new low for the Koch Maladministration.

In any event, Quincy Quarry will be rolling out in the coming days new exposés exposing all manner of things that as near as the Quarry can tell are all but unique to the reign of the Koch Maladministration.
