Turkey sandwich bread shopping alert!

Quincy Quarry News’ food, consumer affairs and other sorts of affairs desk is pleased to note that per a random sampling of local supermarkets this afternoon, most were found to still have a decent selection of white bread available for sale to make post Thanksgiving dinner turkey sandwiches.

Unclear, however, is how many long suffering football widows will just opt to buy a load of deli turkey meat and make a batch of stove top stuffing so as to be able to serve turkey sandwiches over the long Thanksgiving holiday weekend football bacchanal rather then go to the not inconsiderable trouble of cooking up a Thanksgiving dinner with all the fixings.

That and then avoid the stores on Black Friday by instead opting to cybershop.
