This time the reason for yet another Quincy business closing up shop is that this otherwise successful noodle restaurant is dsepartng the Quincy Center restaurant scene to accommodate Quincy Mayor Koch’s limp noodle of a plan for “A New Quincy Center.”

Specifically, to create an alleyway to access parking..
