– News about Quincy from Quincy Quarry News.
Snowstorm turns out to be but slush.
Not only was the commencement of an expected significant snowfall last night was delayed until early this morning, but the temperature was also just high enough when snow began to fall this morning that the snowfall was barely but sorta kinda sticking on local streets.
As such, Quincy Quincy was not able to let its sled dogs out to see how the storm was impacting the Q.
Then again, the storm really really wasn’t doing all that much to the Q..
.
#Somerville press release on lackluster snow so far, after originally declaring a snow emergency yesterday: “Yes, we’re annoyed too.”

Tomorrow evening’s storm, however, has been upgraded to upwards of as much as perhaps a six inch snowfall by the time the storm is currently forecast to wind down Monday morning.
As such, count on Quincy Quarry to be out on the increasing mean and soon to be snow-covered streets of Quincy first thing Monday morning.
