In one of the more thoughtful and nuanced cogent commentaries on the recently breaking badly bad news© for the Trump Administration that Special Counsel Robert Mueller will be seeking to vacate former Trump Campaign Chair and now convicted felon Paul Manafort over his alleged violation of his plea deal with federal prosecutors, investigative reporter Marcy Wheeler presents her latest installment of her ongoing review of events.

Particularly intriguing is her laying out how the Special Counsel Mueller has set plans into play which will put his findings on the record – the public record no matter what president Trump may care to endeavor to impound or at least redact some of Mueller’s findings.

Additionally, Ms. Wheeler lays out how the feds have proceeded to punitively as well as irretrievably confiscate Manafort’s said to be $43 million worth of property, any and all mortgages on same notwithstanding.

That and how it would appear Manafort will likely spend the rest of his days in prison and as at least one observer has long opined may be what Manafort would prefer so as to greatly improve his chances of dying of natural causes at some later date as opposed to suffering otherwise as well as sooner, if not also much sooner.
