Hancock Adams Common tagged?
While out and about this morning, Quincy Quarry News personnel spotted the City of Quincy’s Department of Public Works Department’s dedicated Graffiti removal truck in the just dedicated and reported to cost thirty-five million dollars Hancock/Adams Common – better known as Kim Jong Koch in front of Quincy’s City.
While Quincy Quarry did not see it worthwhile to end up left on hold interminably by calling any city officials to find if Kim Jong Koch Plaza had – in fact – been tagged, it was able to confirm that a call into the police had been made over someone allegedly scooping coins out of one of the three new fountains in the plaza.
Unfortunately, and in spite of an obvious uptick in police presence in and around King Jong Koch Plaza, the alleged perp was able to flee the scene before a police dragnet could effect capture.

Koch’s upset because he did not get to the coins first. This mayor will go down in history as the biggest spender of taxpayers money in all the years of Quincy’s existence.
