Quincy broken traffic light finally half-fixed.

Quincy Quarry first reported on this whacked traffic light’s second whacking roughly eleven months ago.

The Quarry has since also regularly followed up with coverage about how not even a merely cleaning up of broken-off pieces of the light pole had been undertaken for many months.

This week, however, a somewhat alert Quincy Quarry staffer stumbling out of the Presidential Pub after a long liquid lunch noticed that the broken part of the traffic light pole had finally been removed even if a replacement piece had not been installed.

Needless to say, expect Quincy Quarry to continue to monitor this particular traffic accident scene for further developments, including perhaps even the replacement of the now-removed broken portion of the traffic light pole.

That and in the meanwhile Quincy Quarry’s touts are preparing to take bets on when this pole will be whacked for a hat trick once this latest attempt at repairing it might actually be completed.
