Speaking of congestion, my cell phone is not working well in places that it used to. Bandwidth is being eaten up due to the explosion in wireless devices. There are attempts to add coverage and improve the situation that the ordinance committee has approved some time ago but are waiting mayoral signature. Nice to pay premium money for service to then have the mayor bog service down by lack of follow up. I also pay a premium in taxes. Maybe he could do his job.
