Villa Rosa calls it quits. 

After roughly 65 years of providing generous portions that have long been favored by local diners, the Villa Rosa restaurant has closed its doors.

While it’s been a while since Quincy Quarry has run a Flew the Q story, it was only a matter of time before another Quincy landmark came crashing down.

That and the Quarry is continuing to pay close attention to a particular and somewhat recently opened restaurant in Quincy Center given the avalanche of less than favorable Citizen Journalist dining reviews of it that have been sent Quincy Quarry’s way
