Quincy City Hall renovation completion misses yet another deadline.
After failing to meet at least the third announced completion date of the Koch Imperial Compound, neé Quincy City Halls, AFTER adjusting for delays caused by last year’s devastating fire, this roughly twice over originally all but promised cost of renovating the compound per the Koch Maladministration has yet again failed to deliver on yet another false promise.
Granted, the City Hall renovation program was ravaged by what was an easily avoidable fire a little over ago and which this officially viewed to case of criminal arson has yet to be solved.

In turn, this failure by the usual suspect suspects has surely yet again embarrassed mayor’s surely but confidentially brother-in-law Quincy Chief of Police Paul “The Beav” Keenan.
As City Hall is loath to even hear the name Quincy Quarry, much less even but merely consider answering any questions of it, the Quarry instead reached out to several qualified construction experts, ranging from construction project managers to architects as to their expectations as when the old City Hall Renovation project might actually perhaps finally be finished.

All queried by Quincy Quarry unanimously agreed that a proper, duly completed enough and occupancy safe reopening for the old City Hall building is far more likely to be around November, with only by around the local general elections on November 3 or by Thanksgiving Day yet to be seen.
Regardless of when this running both late as well as wicked expensive fiasco might actually be completed, expect both further coverage and likely even further problems with this but one of the many Koch Maladministration fiascos.
