Quincy Park and Forestry Department tries to get ready for grilling season however long it looks to be taking.

Quincy Quarry readers continue to deluge the Quarry with disturbing reports of problems around the Q in the wake of the Quarry’s successful launch of its new and hard-hitting Citizen Journalist Whistleblower stories series.

In this latest instance of whistleblowing, Park and Forestry personnel and equipment were spotted working on the grill at Pageant field on three successive days by a Quincy Quarry reader out for strolls.

Particularly disconcerting, on the third day of fiddling around with the grill, Park and Forestry personnel were seen disassembling it.

Whether – or not – the deservedly embattled incumbent Koch Maladministration is aware of the apparently ongoing problems with the grill and thus potentially upsetting of its usual self-promotional events masquerading as municipal events for all is as yet unknown.
