No Time for Crime

The Quincy Center Quincy Police Substation is no more.
While both City Hall and mayoral brother-in-law QPD Chief Keenan claim that crime in the Q is under control – and surely felt in no small degree care of the recent addition of three variously local political and/or other city insider legacies to the force – locals still feel that crime in the Q has worsened in recent years. These sentiments can find support in official FBI stats.
Conversely, these same FBI data clearly indicate that crime in both nearby communities as well as nationally has declined in recent years whereas comparable improvement in public safety in the Q has not.]]>
