So what, apparently, for the fact that this is a prime retail location for a small boutique within what is the last new retail space built in Quincy Center roughly a decade ago.
Maybe they are waiting for their Medical Marijuana dispensary license. After all dude, perfect location: right next to a $tarbuck$.
