Representative John Conyers (Democrat, Michigan) accused of sexual misconduct by another woman.

Representative Conyers was accused of sexual misconduct earlier this year and is now facing a House Ethics Committee investigation after denying a separate report that alleges he sexually harassed a female aide and which reportedly resulted in a five-figure settlement payout funded by taxpayers.

 

Conyers, the longest-serving current member in the House of Representatives, said in a statement that he “expressly and vehemently” denies the allegations.
