Quincy women and some men have been named the most manicured in the South Shore by the South Shore Association of Department Store Cosmetic Sales Associates.

Jade Koch, City of Quincy Executive Director of Aesthetic Businesses Development, said that “my uncle is honored to see that one of his Administration’s innumerable proposals has actually been honored.  His strategic vision has long been to see that all Quincy residents are within a 5 minute walk or a short drive from a nail salon.”
