A construction worker at the Wynn Boston Harbor casino in Everett died “after sustaining injuries” at the casino construction site earlier today.

 

While still breaking news, early reports indicate that the deceased was operating a crane when he was struck and killed by failing material.

 

“The Wynn Boston Harbor family regretfully learned this morning that a member of our construction team lost his life after sustaining injuries on our site yesterday,” Wynn spokesman Greg John said in a statement.
