City Hall employee caught poaching parking?

As recently reported in Quincy Quarry, it promised to monitor the recently whacked parking capacity in front of the Quincy Center MBTA station for City Hall employees for poaching on what limited parking remains available to the public.

While it was only proper to expect that very little effort would be needed to catch some city hall hack(s) poaching parking in increasingly parking scarce Quincy Square area, even the duly cynical Quincy Quarry reporter assigned to monitor things was surprised to bag a poacher within but moments of his first reconnoitering of the parking lot.

As no good as well as an easily accomplished deed goes unpunished, this Quarry reporter has now been tasked to continue to regularly monitor the situation and then duly exposé any future incidents of parking poaching by City Hall denizens.
