Per what all things considered was a short deliberation by the jury, it found the alleged double and sometimes triple dipper guilty on eleven of thirteen federal counts on padding his paycheck and mail fraud.

The jury’s guilty verdicts were announced before noon today in Courtroom Thirteen of the US District Court in Boston after only a few short hours of deliberation on what were numerous as well as somewhat complex charges.

The now-convicted felon Double Dipper was released on his own recognizance and is slated to return to court for sentencing on September 7th; however, it is unlikely that his luck will change any on the seventh after already having a tough time with thirteens as well as that the sentencing hearing will likely entail a return to Courtroom Thirteen.

At the same time, it remains to be seen if other shoes will be dropping on others following today’s convictions given that the prosecution well as well as carefully played its strong hand close to its chest and so surely keep its options open going forward.

In the meanwhile, the honest and hardworking members of the Quincy Police Department are likely facing further unwarranted tarnishing given today’s verdicts.
