So what, apparently, for the fact that Standard and Poor’s downgraded the City of Quincy’s bond credit rating recently over financial concerns which Quincy Mayor Thomas P. Koch owns at least a fair share of the responsibility.
Amazingly, it would appear that the Quincy City Council is for a change pushing back on Mayor Koch’s free-spending ways.

Regardless, even with Quincy still stuck in the Yellow Zone for COVID-19, Quincy Mayor Thomas P. Koch has announced that he will be reinstating Quincy’s Flag Day Parade on Flag Day next month in the wake of a COVID-19 cancellation last year.
