As could only be expected, the ironically thin-skinned Koch Maladministration looks to have ineptly tried to counter Quincy Quarry’s recent series of hard-hitting exposés of just how over the top is its Kim Jong Koch Plaza Edifice Complex.
With apologies to the original line in Animal Farm, the maintenance of City of Quincy parks is variable at best.
While out and about on the ever-increasingly mean as well as recently soggy streets of Quincy, a Quincy Quarry reporter just happened to notice that the the Church of the Presidents has all but been blocked from view care of the over the top as well as overly tall landscaped of Kim Jong Kong Plaza.
In brief, it does not look likely as well as click here to read a longer discussion as to why it will probably not happen.
So what, apparently, for the fact that Standard and Poor’s downgraded the City of Quincy’s bond credit rating recently over financial concerns which Quincy Mayor Thomas P. Koch owns at least a fair share of the responsibility.
