The only good news is that the temperature this morning was hovering just below freezing as well as expected to work a tad above freezing and so facilitate perhaps catching up on plowing as soon as perhaps when City Hall VIP’s might head out for lunch.
Today’s snowfall came in the nick of time to replenish the once large but more recently melted down snow piles along Kim Jong Koch Plaza in front of Quincy’s two city halls.
While, all things considered, not all that big a snowfall as well as so far drier, fluffier, and thus lighter snow than expected, the snow clearing response to it so far leaves much to be questioned.
As the sun set yesterday evening, Quincy Quarry News personnel swung by Kim Jong Koch Plaza to check the status of the snow piles that have remained along the plaza since mid-January’s Bombogenesis Blizzard.
