One would think that Mayor Koch, a one-time long-time Park & Recreation commissioner,, would have some sense of how to care for plants other than those that can be seen from his office suite in City Hall; however, apparently not.
This latest koched-up proposal could well run upwards of a quarter of a billion dollars to build as well as duly endow fund its annual operational costs rather than stick local taxpayers with the bills.
Needless to say, this latest local breaking badly bad news© to hit the Koch Maladaministrion is sure to be a punch to the soft underbelly. That and how Quincy Quarry has yet again scooped its media brethren.
Fortunately, at least as far as the Quincy Quarry newsroom knows, no one it knows is putting 246 candles on a cake as such would likely require a fire permit.
Then again, as QATV has become de facto Koch Omnivison Unlimited, such “oversights” are only to be expected.
