Hard upon Halloween is National Chocolate Day.
One can only assume that National Chocolate was scheduled when it is so as to encourage one to nibble on Halloween treats laid in in advance of Halloween with minimum guilt.
That and so give rise to a few nibblers to have buy some more Halloween treats to have on hand on Halloween night
