The former longtime head of Elder Services as well as even longer but now also former BFF of Quincy Mayor Thomas P. Koch as well as the one time direct report for one of the mayor’s sisters is now facing a variety of charges over a variety alleged purloinings of City of Quincy funds as well as money paid out by seniors typically on fixed incomes to somewhere north of $100,000 in total over at least five years until he was first put on paid leave and then subsequently fired roughly a year ago.
