While much of the real estate business community and various others are at least wondering what caused a regional residential real estate brokerage with an office in Quincy as well as over hundred real estate agents and an unknown number support staff residential real estate brokerage to suddenly folded, Quincy Quarry News cracked open some old research files and so perhaps connected some plausible dots as to what may have happened.
A few years ago Quincy Quarry News heard word that a local family member who works at a longtime breakfast and lunch restaurant in South Quincy has apparently sold or otherwise unloaded his boat to Dan FlynnFlam and who at that point was ex-con after serving for the embezzlement of at least $10 million to has much as perhaps $20 million or more.
Obviously, it is hard to imagine how a then only somewhat recently felon could afford a cabin cruiser motor yacht, most especially an ex-con under court order to reimburse those from whom he stole millions.

While the boat was never found, it was found that Flynn looked to have scored himself the use of an over mid-five figure deluxe late model Ford full-sized four wheel drive Ford pick-up and a likely nice place to live in a nicer multiple-unit housing complex in Weymouth.
Curiously, however, both the ride and the place to live were in his sister’s name. So what if at least around this time his sister and her spouse owned a house in Braintree.
Then again, it was not like Danny Boy could readily score such middling luxuries in his own name so relatively soon removed from his extended stay at a Club Fed.

Further curious was how several companies said to be tied to Dan were registered in his sister’s name and were sports equipment concerns that did not appear to have viable business plans.
Her name was also noted as the principal for a real estate auction firm.
Further curious yet, the business location of the sports businesses was at the Braintree office of Success! Real Estate as well as noted Success!’s phone number as the sports business’ phone number.
In turn, when someone with ties to the Quarry called, the person who answered the phone advised the caller that Danny Boy was out and about and so provided Dan’s cellphone number.
Needless to say, while perhaps operating out of real estate office was entirely kosher, FlynnFlam had been ordered by a federal court to not have anything to do with real estate.
As such, so intertwining himself into a real estate brokerage baits obvious questions, especially one that subsequently closed up recently under suspicious circumstances.
In any event, Quincy Quarry News’ ever-growing legions of loyal readers can count on the Quarry to continue to work the story as well as see words spread as possible and where appropriate.
Did Flynn Flam buy the McKay’s Breakfast Special? I heard a few years ago that the McKay’s motor yacht was for sale and on the hard in CT.
Moreover, Flynn’s connection to real estate is not surprising as he has been seen regularly holding court with local realtors over breakfast at the Early American.
I wonder how much real estate kickback cash Success may have laundered though Dan Flynn dummy LLC’s?

You need to look at Quincy real estate Attorney Patrick Foley as he hired Dan Flynn after Dan got out of prison as well as how Quincy Mayor Koch saw serious City of Quincy change variously benefit his childhood BFF Danny Boy before Dan checked into Club Fed. Also, rumor has that the owner of McKay’s was giving Dan money every week.
Exciting news for Tommy! Flynn will have the cell fully decorated before his arrival. Though, it’s unlikely the queen-size bed will get the green light.

Don’t forget the fact that after his release from Club Fed Mr. Flynn long worked for Quincy real estate attorney Patrick Foley. You should also look into Flynn’s ties to Mayor Koch of Quincy — Tommy boy has seen a lot of taxpayers’ money go to Dan’s benefit.
His “sister’s” company is also operating and distributing NHL products without renewing “her” NHL merch license. I am fairly certain the NHL would not be thrilled to learn this and neither would the pro shop at TD garden where “her” merchandise is being sold. Danny Boy thinks that he doesn’t have to follow any rules.

It wouldn’t be surprising if the royalty fees reported to license holders reflect weak sales, while the corporate accounts of his three companies show significant revenue. Hopefully, the licensees and the IRS take a closer look into Flynn’s financial dealings.
His fiancé who is the vice president of the sham of a company run by Mr. Flynn seems to have a bit of the fraud gene as well as she, Dan and Dan’s future stepdaughter are all receiving mass health insurance, food stamps, cash assistance and fuel assistance all while living a lifestyle of luxury. The MA Attorney General should investigate this sports business. I hear there are multiple investors who invested large sums of money but will probably never see that money back let alone a ROI Scammers
The South Shore Chamber of Fraud appears to be enabling and legitimizing Danny, allowing him to deceive more South Shore residents.
It’s absolutely disgraceful that the Chamber continues to accept his questionable contributions. They are fully aware of who Danny Flynn-Flam is and the harm he has caused to local victims. Moreover, most there know how much money Danny really stole!

Spot on, Francine. Shame on the South Shore Chamber of Commerce for lending credibility to this snake oil salesman’s money-laundering operation. Their lack of due diligence not only tarnishes their reputation but also exposes chamber members and South Shore residents to unnecessary risk.

Dan Flynn’s ties to the mysteriously imploded Success! Real Estate? Color me shocked. Nothing screams ‘trustworthy’ like a real estate company with an exclamation point in its name—it’s basically the Comic Sans of branding. The sudden closure is the cherry on top of this cake of questionable decision-making. What’s next, Dan? A venture into crypto? A multi-level marketing scheme? Or maybe just a heartfelt rebrand as ‘Oops! Realty’? Either way, Quincy deserves better than a real estate soap opera.
Sounds like a scheme to conceal income and further deceive both Flynn’s victims and the court. Using his own sister to advance such crimes—what a bottom feeder. Great reporting, I hope the FBI is able to recover what is left of missing millions and puts Dan back in the can.
Now they have Cahill. What are they thinking? Both are complete FRAUDS who have conned Quincy and many others. Thankfully they are both out of Quincy. Who’s next to join the South Shore Chamber of Commerce? Tommy Koch?
I think Helen Shiner is the next South Shore Chamber member with ties to Quincy looking at problems. She states she is a MA real estate broker while her license is suspended. What is it with Quincy real estate brokers who commit fraud and otherwise break laws. Where is the state real estate board? Who is paying off the board? After all, the Commonwealth is supposed to protect citizens from fraudsters.
Dan Flynn appears to have all of the prerequisite qualifications to replace Thomas Koch as our next Mayor of Quincy. If Dan Flynn is elected, it will be business as usual.
