   The holiday no one asked for but somehow every coffee shop is celebrating like it’s the Super Bowl. Because apparently, the mere act of downing overpriced caffeine now needs a theme.

   Quincy folks, brace yourselves for Instagram stories filled with artsy shots of espresso cups next to laptops, because nothing says “I’m quirky and productive” like a double shot of bean juice. Meanwhile, Dunkin’ drive-thrus are probably chaos incarnate, as if we needed another reason to sit in Quincy traffic.

   Here’s a thought: instead of hyping espresso for one day, how about celebrating the brave souls who drink Quincy tap water daily? Now that’s a feat worthy of recognition! Until then, cheers to paying $5 for a few sips of liquid adrenaline — at least until your caffeine crash hits faster than the Green Line ever will.
