— Quincy Massachusetts News by Quincy Quarry News – News, Opinion and Commentary
This week got off to a bad start early this morning.
Around 7 am a pedestrian was struck by a motor vehicles near Quincy High School.
Details are scarce about this latest pedestrian whacking in Quincy as the Quincy Quarry News Citizen Police Scanner Monitor had only but begun sipping on his first cup of coffee of the day.
Even so, the at least perceived lack of police radio chatter about this latest pedestrian whacking by a motor vehicle was viewed as a good sign or at least that things could have been worse.
Also an assumed to be positive sign: 7 am is well into the early side of things for the whacked pedestrian to have been a high school student.
In any event, Quincy Quarry’s ever growing legions of loyal readers can only properly expect that the Quarry will continue to follow thi story and report updates as might be appropriate.

I got “whacked “in exactly the same place in 2007. Head injury and broke many bones. Have no memory of this, thank God. Haven’t had a pain-free day since. But your headline caught my attention, and I hope the “whackee” fared better than I did!
