After a bit of attenuation of stabbing incidents in Quincy in recent months, one occurred yesterday and another one occurred today.
The first stabbing incident apparently occurred on Sunday shortly before 4 pm per police radio chatter heard by Quincy Quarry’s senior Citizen Police Scanner Monitor. Further details are minimal other than it sounded as if the alleged stabber was arrested per police scanner chatter but no word was heard as regards the condition of the stabbed individual.
The second stabbing occurred Monday morning shortly after 10 am in North Quincy. A female victim was apparently stabbed multiple times by a male.
A well-regarded supervisory level senior officer as well as at least three cruisers were dispatched to the scene.
It would appear that the alleged perp was arrested; however, further information was thin and in particular as well as again, no information was gleaned as to the condition of the victim.
Even so, Quincy Quarry will continue to see what it can find out about both incidents as well as report updates as might be appropriate
