Per Quincy Quarry New’s Citizen Police Scanner monitor, Quincy police engaged in a hot pursuit yesterday afternoon in the wake of alleged assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Two Quincy police cruisers were apparently damaged to degrees as yet unknown during the course of events.

The hot pursuit ended in Stoughton when visual contact with the two suspects’ ride was lost.

The suspects’ getaway ride was later found abandoned around sunset.

In turn, the Quincy Police Department’s K9 Team 6 was then dispatched to the scene to try to pick up a scent trail as well as apparently also detectives sent to endeavor to score forensic evidence from the ride.

Two black males are sought by police, however, the Quarry has no information as to who they might be or if they are still at large.
