A City of Quincy DPW truck collided with a civilian vehicle on Broadway in Quincy Point this morning per Quincy Quarry News’ Citizen Police Scanner monitor.

Fortunately, there were no indications of serious injuries so incurred heard by the Quarry’s police scanner monitor.

At the same time, no word as yet if the DPW worker driving the truck was on a Dunkie’s run to the nearby super drive thru Dunkin Donuts on Washington Street near the Fore River bridge, perhaps endeavoring a quick stop at also bridge-adjacent Quincy Cannibals or just texting while driving.
